Martha Shear brings deep experience in investor strategy, fundraising, and institutional partnerships to the Keep Tahoe Blue Board. She is Head of Investor Strategy at Electric Capital, where she leads strategic engagement and fundraising. Previously, she held senior roles across venture capital and asset management, including Bitwise Asset Management, TCV, and BlackRock, partnering with foundations, endowments, pensions, and family offices. 

Martha’s love of Lake Tahoe began in 2008, when weekends spent skiing with friends helped her build community after moving to the West Coast. She now enjoys skiing with her family, as well as hiking, swimming, and exploring waterfalls throughout North Lake Tahoe. 

Passionate about protecting Tahoe for future generations, Martha is honored to support Keep Tahoe Blue’s mission of driving environmental impact through community involvement, data-driven insights, and education for all ages.
