Katie joined the Associate Board in 2026, where she looks forward to supporting Keep Tahoe Blue’s efforts to protect and preserve the Lake and surrounding Tahoe Basin. She is excited to help connect people who love Tahoe with the work needed to keep the region healthy and beautiful for generations to come.

Katie graduated from Princeton University, where she captained the Varsity Women’s Soccer team. She now works at the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy, supporting efforts to protect and strengthen the Bay Area’s parks and public lands. Her work reflects her deep passion for the outdoors and her belief in the importance of protecting the places that bring people outside and connect them to nature.

Originally from Long Beach, California, Katie fell in love with Tahoe through winter ski trips. She now splits her time between San Francisco and Truckee and spends her weekends skiing at Palisades Tahoe and in the backcountry, trail running, and road biking throughout the Tahoe Basin and surrounding Sierra Nevada.
