Merchandise Program Manager

Jacqueline raises funds and expands brand awareness through the League’s merchandise program.

She is responsible for continuous development of our online store, including user experience, marketing, design and analytical reporting. She also manages inventory, online orders and product development.

Jacqueline collaborates with our communications team for merchandise marketing and advertising. She also works closely with our development team to meet fundraising goals, and with operations to ensure accurate reporting. Jacqueline happily volunteers to assist with the needs of our outreach and citizen science programs.

Before joining the League in 2019, Jacqueline worked as an Ecommerce consultant, providing SEO and keyword marketing, copywriting and development services. Jacqueline’s education includes Hospitality and Tourism, as well as Business Administration. She stays current on marketing strategies and Ecommerce tactics through workshops and seminars.

Jacqueline moved to Lake Tahoe in 2018 from a small town in Western New York – go Bills! She enjoys hiking, camping, crafting and spending time at the Lake with her family. She is driven to help preserve and restore Lake Tahoe.
