Executive Operations Manager

Greg manages Keep Tahoe Blue’s operational workflow by directly supporting the Chief Operating Officer, the executive team, and all departments to ensure the organization has the resources and support needed to succeed. In his role, he manages daily administrative functions and large-scale projects while supporting the planning and execution of operational objectives. He directly oversees staff onboarding and offboarding, technology support, organization-wide operational issue resolution, and the coordination of long-term operations strategy initiatives.

Greg started at Keep Tahoe Blue with over 17 years of operations management experience in the hotel industry. He has an extensive professional background in managing staff, budgets, logistics, training, development, and customer service for a diverse set of name-brand and independent resorts and hotels. He holds a bachelor’s degree in international politics from California State University, Chico, and is fluent in Spanish and German.

Greg was born and raised in Napa and moved to Lake Tahoe in 2015. When not working, he spends most of his time kayaking (even in winter), exploring the forest, or hanging out on his boat. He is passionate about the preservation of Lake Tahoe’s natural environment.
