Staff profile
Carl obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from U.C. Berkeley and Masters of Science in Atmospheric Science from University of Nevada, Reno. Carl focuses his efforts on scientific environmental analysis and review, with specialties in air and water quality. Prior to his employment with the League, Carl worked on a study to characterize and quantify the emissions from passenger vehicles during actual driving conditions for the EPA and conducted meteorological research throughout the United States. |
